Brickell is known as the Manhattan of Miami, yet at the water's edge it softens into something calmer. It is here, with the pulse of downtown at the door and the bay just beyond, that 619 Brickell takes its place.

Foster + Partners drew the tower as one flowing form that turns gently toward the east, so that each home finds its own angle on the light and the open water. It is a building shaped by the belief that architecture can move us, that a well proportioned room can quiet the mind. Natural stone, warm timber and metal are paired with glass, tactile fabrics and soft lighting, and calm is felt in every space.

Living rooms and principal bedrooms look out over the water, and generous terraces carry daily life outdoors, with an alfresco kitchen and a private sauna in select residences. Everything beneath the beauty works quietly: Gaggenau kitchens, filtered air and water, lighting and climate that respond to a touch, and a keyless entry that welcomes you home.

The spirit of Nobu is Kokoro, hospitality given with heart, and it runs through the house. Wellness and Longevity by Nobu, reserved for residents, brings Japanese ritual together with advanced therapies in a hammam, hot and cold plunge pools, a rejuvenation salt pool, a Himalayan salt room and a lounge that greets the sunrise. Above, the podium garden holds a sunset pool, private cabanas, a fire pit and Zen gardens with private dip pools.

Arrival is private and unhurried, through a sheltered entrance with valet attending, into a grand lobby on the bay. A lifestyle manager, concierge and chauffeur are on hand, and the building is planned to include a Nobu restaurant, a bar and dining terrace on the water, a sake lounge and tea room, and a residents café by the pool. Owners are also welcomed to select Nobu Hotels around the world.

The developer uses the Nobu name and marks under licence. Nobu does not own, develop or sell these residences.
