In the heart of Downtown Dubai, with Burj Khalifa resting on the horizon, Mercedes-Benz Places | Binghatti is a tower of quiet grace. Sensual Purity shapes every line, from its softly glowing façade to suites and penthouses finished in travertine, walnut and fine marble.

Mercedes-Benz has long believed that intelligence and emotion belong together, and in this tower that belief is felt in the way the building has been drawn.

Look closely at the façade and a pattern appears, fine strokes woven with the shape of the three pointed star. On the rear of the building the star becomes a constellation of solar panels that quietly powers the electric charging within, and the tower is aiming to hold a LEED qualification.

The homes are gracious and unhurried. Two and three bedroom suites open generously toward the city, and above them, penthouses of up to five bedrooms, a duplex and a triplex rise to the crown of the tower, each named after an icon of Mercedes-Benz and each with its own private parking. Ceilings rise high, so that light has room to settle, and homes are offered furnished or unfurnished, as you prefer.

Fluted panels, soft leather and the lustre of satin chrome rest beside Gaya marble and black granite, in tones chosen to feel restful and harmonious.

Within the house, a sky infinity pool and a podium pool, a gym, spa service, concierge, valet, housekeeping and food and beverage service are all part of the day, while smart technology and a hushed acoustic design work discreetly out of sight. Beyond the door, the Dubai Mall, the financial centre and the shore at Jumeirah welcome you to the city.
